Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ForkPilot AI. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Permitted use
You may use ForkPilot AI for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, access another person’s account, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, or violate the rules of a connected platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ForkPilot AI a limited license to host, process, format, and transmit that content solely to operate features you request. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content.
4. AI-generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using or publishing it, including checking claims, prices, allergens, promotions, and legal compliance. ForkPilot AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
5. Connected services
You may connect third-party services you own or are authorized to manage. Your use of Stripe, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other providers is also governed by their terms. Their services may change, be delayed, or become unavailable.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout and automatically renew until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file. Prices and plan features may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or successful publication through third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForkPilot AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
